After earning my MBA in 2009, I completed my psychiatric training at Columbia University, with further training at NYP Umbrella Hospitals. My experience as a competitive Division 1 athlete, which included securing a position in the doubles draw at the French Open in 2013, taught me the critical importance of balancing nutrition and exercise—from recharging and restoring, to ultimately rebounding. This foundation is complemented by my training in Vipassana meditation, which has deepened my ability to listen intently and provide precise, customized care. I am patient and attentive, always taking the time to fully understand your unique situation.
I treat patients of all ages. Some of my clients are native New Yorkers who appreciate the flexibility of not requiring advanced booking. I’m acutely aware of the challenges posed by changing travel schedules and time zones, and I prioritize your schedule to ensure continuity of care.
